dissapointed in description of location of bookings.com website

unreasonable and strange check-in process.. travel to 12th floor of building where there were 20-30 private business over a large area, operating private rentals. No English signs and with various closed shops on that level, caused undue anxiety. We contacted the number on the reservation and the manager walked out of a closed office and could not take CC for payment. I had to find an ATM to obtain cash for payment.

Reasonably priced place to lay your head - not luxury.

Good price and fun to be in an iconic tower. Large space for 1 bedroom. Staff were friendly despite language barrier. Online communication was good and allowed us later check out at 12pm.

We received and internal room which we were not aware of during booking. No natural light or views like depicted . Decor was extremely dated and room felt dingy. Dust in some places like on the strange ornaments and door frames. Also, they only accept cash for payment (there is a 7-11 in the building for cash machine but was still inconvenient).

The smell of smoke was awful. Gave me a headache and couldn’t sleep all night because of it. Didn’t look at all like photos on Booking—not nearly as nice looking—but could have gotten over that if it weren’t for strong smoke smell.

nothing like the photos! the decor of the room is completely different from where we stayed in. there’s a big colorful kids mural on the wall with colorful sofa. felt I got scammed!

it’s a scam. nothing like the photos. the staff isn’t friendly. need to pay cash or wire transfer. no credit card allowed!
